This paper deals with the thermodynamics, Joule-Thomson expansion and optical behaviour of a Reissner-Nordstr\"om-anti-de Sitter black hole in Rastall gravity surrounded by quintessence field. The solution obtained this framework is different from corresponding General Relativity. metric function, as well Hawking temperature, affected presence energy-momentum conservation violation. violation also affects isenthalpic inversion temperature curves, an increase parameter, rises slowly. impacts other parameters, such charge, structural constant etc., are investigated compared. shadow, energy emission rate hole, decreases parameter. Hence, holes evaporate slowly
